1. Scope and methods
Surfaces walked: /federal, /federal/approval/*, /federal/sample-dashboard/, /sample-employee/, /assessment/federal-fit.html (player + 60-second item window), invoice/W-9 pages. Methods: keyboard tab order, visible focus, zoom without user-scalable=no, 44×44 CSS-pixel targets, form labels, language/title, table headers, live regions, contrast of navy/ink/muted/gold tokens in rwc-front.css. Assistive technology: on 22 September 2026, NVDA 2026.2 with its silence synthesizer (speech text logged, speakers not used) announced the federal page title and the named links, then on Federal Fit announced one question as a level-2 heading and four answers as toggle buttons named with the choice text. That is not a full pass of every page. JAWS is not claimed. Stripe Checkout is Stripe’s ACR, not this one.

5. Exceptions, accommodations, third parties
- Timer: extra time or pause is granted on written request to team@ before the sitting. Not a medical exam.
- Stripe Checkout: use Stripe’s published ACR. Card fields never render on ALA origins.
- Google Fonts: IBM Plex loaded from Google; pages remain readable if the font fails (system-ui fallback).
- Reports: HTML print of RWC-RPT-086; CSV at sample export.
6. What this is not
Not a third-party Section 508 Trusted Tester result. Not a DHS or GSA certification. Not WCAG 2.2 AA claimed in full. Not an excuse to skip 508 because the buy is under $15,000. Agency 508 coordinators may still require their own test; this file is the vendor evidence they attach to that review.
