We do not issue your SORN. We will fill your PIA.
Advanced Learning Academy LLC is not a federal agency. A Privacy Act SORN is issued by the agency that maintains a system of records, if it determines one exists. Whether this buy needs a PIA is the agency privacy officer’s call. This page is what that officer usually needs from the vendor on day one.

| Does Federal Fit collect a personnel file? | No name file. We do not ask for a name, employee number, SSN, or EDIPI. The answers are scored in memory and are not stored. The office PDF is held 14 days, then deleted. Buyer email and seat codes stay with the invoice. No medical data, no biometrics, no clearance, no USAJOBS account. Processing still happens for the minute of scoring. We are not FedRAMP authorized |
| Whose system of records? | If the agency stores the export in its own files, that is the agency’s record. ALA’s commercial D1 store is a contractor information system, not an ALA SORN |

| Can we run this without a PIA? | Only the agency privacy officer can say. For exploration/mobility with work emails, many offices still run a short PIA. We do not tell you to skip one |
