What payment methods do you accept?

How do Purchase Orders (PO) work?

We gladly accept Purchase Orders from established businesses and government agencies. Submit your PO to employers@advancedlearning.academy with the number of placement tests needed. We'll provide an invoice with NET 30 payment terms. Your placement tests are activated immediately upon PO approval.

Can we buy just a few placement tests to test this out?

Absolutely. There's no minimum purchase requirement. Buy 3, 5, or however many you need to test our system with your hiring process. Each placement test is $199 when purchasing 1-100. Many companies start with 5-10 placement tests for their first batch of candidates.

Do unused placement tests expire?

No. All placement tests are non-expiring. If you buy 50 and use 30 this year, the remaining 20 are still available next year or five years from now. There are no annual renewals, subscription fees, or expiration dates.

What happens after a candidate takes the RWIQ test?

Within minutes of completing the 45-55 minute assessment, results appear in your employer portal showing their brain match percentage for your role. The candidate simultaneously receives their complete cognitive profile and unique credential ID. You can access these results anytime through your unlimited portal access.

If a candidate already has an RWIQ credential, do we still need to buy a placement test?
