I need a job. What do I actually get?

Career Fit is $199. Fifty questions, unlimited matches, a report you can print, and ZIP jobs for two years. About 45–60 minutes. You do not have to share it. See the sample. Career Fit.

I hire people. What problem does this solve?

They sit fifty work items. You get one page. Names stay in your ATS. An office pays $50 a person for the work-fit and the ZIP job list, or $95 a person with one practice exam. Employers.

I run TAP / VA. Who pays — does the veteran pay?

The program pays. The veteran takes it free. Veteran programs pay $95 a person for the work-fit, the ZIP job list, and one practice exam. They still apply on USAJOBS. Preference is not ours to sell. VA.

How long is the sitting? Can I use a phone?

About 45–60 minutes. One sitting. Phone or computer.

Do I have to share my report with an employer?

No. You own the career-path file. A hiring company sees the sister work-fit file only if you opt in.

What is Real World Careers?

Put people in work they naturally enjoy doing. Fifty timed work problems show how someone solves work. Job seekers get Career Fit at $199, unlimited matches, two years. An office pays $50 a person for the work-fit and the ZIP job list, or $95 a person with one practice exam.

What happens after I pay?

Job seeker: receipt starts the 50 questions. You get a career-path report (charts, path, 30-day plan). Then /jobs for two years. Share /verify only if you choose. Employer or federal: emailed organization wallet with numbered seats. They sit the fifty. You get a work-fit report per seat plus a cohort summary. You still decide.

Where are the results?

On the results page after the last question. Samples: Career Fit sample and 12-page Federal / Hiring Fit sample. Organizations retrieve by Report ID at /report/?id=… Employers verify a shared credential at /verify.

What are the results supposed to do?

Job seeker: land work that fits how you think — matches, ZIP jobs, a credential you control. Employer: keep people longer with better fits — Retention figures are not cited. No public data file is locked. Federal: grow people in occupational families that match how they solve work. Pay. Take the assessment. Use the result this week.

What do I get for $199?

Career Fit: fifty work items, unlimited matches, a report you can print, a credential you control, and two years of ZIP jobs. $199.

Is there a cheaper Career Fit?

No. Career Fit is $199. An office never pays $199. An office pays $50 a person for the work-fit and the ZIP job list, or $95 a person with one practice exam.

Is this an IQ test?

No. Not an IQ test. Ceiling is 110. No IQ label. Not a medical exam.

Is this validated?

Employer pricing?

Can an office pay by card?

Yes. $50 or $95 a person, 1 to 500 people on one card. Six at $95 is $570. A $10,000 card covers 200 people at $50 or 105 at $95. Confirm the card limit. A larger class is the same rate on an invoice. Not legal advice. VA.
