1. Parties and item

Vendor: Advanced Learning Academy LLC, 1950 E Greyhound Pass, Carmel, IN 46033. UEI Z272LH7MCDT2. CAGE 1A8H4. Buyer: the office named on the card or the invoice. Item: Real World Careers work-fit at $50 a person, or the same work-fit plus one practice exam at $95 a person. Instrument: 50 work items.

2. Price

Firm-fixed $50 USD a person for the work-fit and the ZIP job list, or $95 USD a person when one practice exam is included. The count is the count on the charge. Price in force on the public pricing page as of the charge date.

3. Period

The office wallet is emailed when Stripe confirms the charge. The codes do not expire. One completer per code. The office keeps its own list. Do not send a name or an employee number to ALA.

4. Deliverables

1. One code per person, on the office wallet.
2. A one-page PDF emailed to the buyer and held on that wallet row for 14 days. Download it. After 14 days the vendor deletes its copy.
3. The ZIP job list on the person’s results page.
4. On the $95 rate only: one practice exam per person, chosen from civil service, postal, TSA, CBP, corrections, CDL, or electrician. Every miss is explained. It is not the real exam.

5. Agency furnishes

The office distributes each code in its own mail. ALA does not receive a name list and does not issue a hiring determination.

6. Acceptance

Accepted when the wallet email arrives with one code per person paid. If that email has not arrived within 2 business days of a cleared card charge, write team@advancedlearning.academy.

7. Refunds and cancellation

The codes do not expire. Consumer checkout states a conditional 7-day refund policy in these Terms. An office charge follows the receipt and this SOW.

8. Use restriction

Federal Fit is decision support. It is not a sole basis for hire, grade, clearance, referral, or qualification. The vendor will not configure cutoffs or ranked lists for competitive examining under this SOW.

9. Invoicing

Card: the office form on https://realworldcareers.com/pricing/ or https://realworldcareers.com/va/. A class larger than 500 people is the same rate on an invoice. Contact: 1-317-751-5444 · team@advancedlearning.academy.

10. Order of documents

This SOW, then the approval packet, then commercial terms. If a click-through term conflicts with this SOW on refunds, use, or price, this SOW controls for this order.
