The employer portal verifies candidate-issued Real World Careers credentials, displays the associated cognitive-profile summary when available, keeps a verification history, and publishes direct openings.
Responsible-use boundary: cognitive-profile information is one input. It is not a medical diagnosis, a measure of anatomical brain structure, or a replacement for job-related interviews, work samples, reference checks, accommodations, and lawful human decision-making. Do not use it as the sole basis for an employment decision.

Direct openings
Publish 60-day openings with an HTTPS application link or application email and optional role-relevant cognitive domains.
Multi-user teams, ATS integrations, automated ranking, bulk invitations, and API-based hiring decisions are not represented as currently available.
Annual employer portal subscriptions
Subscriptions renew each year until canceled. Billing and cancellation are available from the Stripe billing portal after sign-in.
